Ingredients
1. Masoor dal 1/2 cup
2. salt 1tbs
3. huldi 1tsp
4. Red chilli 1tbs
5. Chicken powder 1tbs
6. White zera 1tsp
7. Tomato 1 midiam
8. Garlic 6joay
9. Oil 1/4 cup
10. green coriander 2tbs
11. big eliche
12. Darchene 1small
13. Green chilli 3
14. Garam masala 1/2tsp
Soak the Masoor dall for one hour in five glass of water
After one hour keep on stove and add big eliche,darchene,tomato and stairs it until first boil come.
After first boil leave on low flame for 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes add red chili,salt,huldi, chicken powder and leave on stove for 10 minutes
In fry pan take a oil and place on stove on low flame.
Then add chop garlic init.
Fry it on very low flame.
When garlic turns light golden add white zera and green chili
After 1 minute tarka pour in masoor dall.
Add garam masala and green coriander and serve it.
